Job Description

Dear Candidates ,
We are looking for skilled candidates proficient in Recruitment & staffing.

  • Interacting with the candidates.
  • Receiving requirement from the team Leader.
  • Analysing the requirement.
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand overall needs and requirements and drive to closure within the TAT
  • Updating the candidates with relevant openings.
  • Browsing job portals & our own database for the right candidate.
  • Work on references, mapping, head hunting.
  • To select the suitable profile.
  • Shortlist the selected candidates and forward that profile to the clients.
  • Coordinating for the HR round interview.
  • Follow up with the candidate till joining.
  • Requirements:
  • Should have strong exposure in Recruitment and taking candidates interview.
  • Should have experience as an HR assistant, relevant human resources
  • Good hands on MS office.|Outlook
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communications skills.
  • Education- UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization PG:Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization

  • Experience in selling IT Products & Solutions (Websites, App , Software, Digital Marketing solutions etc.)
  • Hardcore B2B/Corporate field sales.
  • Developing, building and managing a client base.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
